Basic Policy

HITOGOTO is a local-first app for managing relationships and memories on your personal device. The app does not send the people, events, profiles, tags, photos, notes, relationships, birthdays, or places you enter to a HITOGOTO-owned server.

Information Stored

Names, relationships, birthdays, profile fields, notes, tags, events, places, photos, and similar information entered in the app are stored on your device. Photos are saved as local files managed by the app.

External Transmission

HITOGOTO does not use its own backend server, account registration, advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs. It also does not use Firebase, Supabase, or CloudKit sync.

RevenueCat is used to check the purchase status of Pro features. Information sent to RevenueCat is limited to what is necessary for purchase management. The contents of your people, events, profiles, tags, photos, notes, relationships, birthdays, and places are not sent to RevenueCat.

Apple Watch Integration

Apple Watch integration sends a minimal set of information from iPhone to Apple Watch, such as recent people, relationships, identifiers, and Pro status. Quick memos and “Met Now” records created on Apple Watch are saved as events on iPhone.

Deleting Data

Data entered in the app can be deleted through in-app delete actions or by deleting the app from your device. Device and iCloud backup handling follows your Apple ID and device settings.
